Standard Terms When Obtaining a Price Quote/Estimate

  1. Quotes: Usually valid up to 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Price Estimates: We can provide pricing estimates / guides, if your job requires special orders, such as importing materials from USA.
  3. Payment: Depending on the job, 20% deposit / full payment upfront / full payment upon completion or delivery applies. This secures your job in our queue.
  4. Lead time / Turnaround: Our products are made to order. We can confirm the lead time based on the items you require.
  5. Warranty: We fully back our made-in-house interior products with a 90-day money back guarantee for workmanship and fit, plus a 12 month return to base warranty against defects.
  6. Shipping: Postage costing is still at the moment manually done. We will add postage when we confirm your quote.

Privacy Policy

  1. Required Details: For quoting and communication purposes we need your email address, postal address, and phone number.
  2. Alternative Communications: If you prefer not to provide these details, you can call us directly or reach out via other means.
  3. Payment Details: No bank account, credit card or PayPal details will be stored by us at any time. We do not use 3rd party shopping apps and therefore we do not and will not store your payment details at all. When you opt to pay via bank transfer or PayPal (which accepts credit card payments), we simply match your payment to your order.
